1. Operator and purpose
Babylingual operates as a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea. These terms govern use of the service between the operator and its users.

2. Service
The service provides English learning speech synthesized by AI from the user's voice recording, with a curriculum followed in a defined sequence. Uploads, generation and subscription checks require internet access; downloaded content can be played offline to the extent supported by the app. Synthesized speech is not a recording of an actual utterance. Exact voice reproduction and particular learning outcomes are not guaranteed.
Availability of server copies and downloaded device copies is distinct. Server copies of ordinary curriculum speech become eligible for expiry three days after upload. Retention of source recordings, Preview and device copies is separate.
3. Preview and paid subscriptions
The limited Preview and paid curriculum are separate. Preview allowances, validity, regeneration and deletion conditions are disclosed before use.
The paid curriculum is offered through monthly or annual auto-renewing subscriptions without a free trial. The App Store purchase screen displays the final product name, price, billing period and renewal conditions.
Apple processes payments. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple's subscription-management interface. Deleting the app or service account does not itself cancel a subscription. Withdrawal and refunds follow applicable law and the applicable App Store procedures; this description does not restrict statutory consumer rights.
4. Voice use and prohibited conduct
Users must follow the disclosed rule for recording their own adult voice. Do not register another person's voice without permission or use synthesized audio for impersonation, deception or unlawful purposes.
Curriculum and app content are for personal and family learning. Sale or public redistribution requires separate permission. The Privacy Policy and Voice Data Notice describe the operator's processing of voice data.
5. Re-recording, deletion and service termination
Re-recording and Preview/account deletion can affect access to previously generated audio. Irreversible deletion and regeneration restrictions are disclosed before the action.
Users may request deletion through the app's account-deletion feature or support email. The Privacy Policy describes its scope and retention exceptions. Reasons, notice and a means to raise objections will accompany service restrictions, changes or termination.
6. Responsibility, disputes and changes
The operator's and users' responsibilities follow applicable Korean law. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact contact@babylingual.org about a dispute.
